Retire rich - How to become rich overnight

Outside dinner with a couple of friends last night and one of them asked me, 'So, how can I get rich fast? "

   When I heard that question, I was stumped. I do not know what to say to him at that time! So I went home, in the Saturday and started thinking. Then, almost as light, he surprised me. Several ideas on how to get rich quickly began to pop in my head! I quickly listed them below!

   1) Be very very rich parents

   2) Delete the lottery

   3) Marry a rich wife

   4) Be very rich grandparents

   5) rob a bank

   Dynamite. I know you're probably screaming at the screen and curse at me now. But before you think I am crazy, give me a chance to explain myself.

   The amount of wealth you get in life is determined by the amount of value you create for others! The highest amount you are able to create, the more money you get!

   However, there will be a time when you hit a plateau. This means that no matter how much value you create, you just can not get advice for a sum of money paid.

   Why?

   The answer to this question is as follows. You and I only have 24 hours a day.

   In order to create value on a large scale, you will have to increase your streams of income!

   "Raise my what?"

   Increase your flow of income! And the key thing is to ensure that the majority of its flow of income is passive!

   If you are not very familiar with the term "passive income" here is an example.

   Let's say you decide to write a book on wealth and sell it at $ 20. We also assume that your final product is an ebook, which lets you do it online.

   1) Start-up costs: NIL (except for your time and effort)

   2) Marketing costs: $ 500 (let's assume you hire the services of a professional marketing)

   3) Number of books sold: 500 / MTH (I know it is a bit optimistic, but let's assume this only for now)

   4) Result: (500 * $ 20) - $ 500 = $ 500 / MTH

   Now, let's just say that this book is so popular that the purchase of tons of people every month. The flow of money coming to you every month is known as passive income!

   All you have to do is simply put in the effort and maintain once you pay for again and again until the day I die! This is the magic of passive income!

   There are many ways to create passive income'm only going to name a few in the entry.

   1) Internet marketing - Adsense

   - Affiliate Marketing

   - Create your own product (in the example above), etc. etc.

   2) Network marketing

   3) teach using a scaling factor (to be included in next post)

   4) Ensure royalties off books, music, movies etc.

   5) Stocks, mutual funds, options trading

   6) Infopreneur

   7) Treatment in Real Estate ... many many more!
